Cross-functional release governance.
Joined an existing release team and gradually took over responsibility for production releases. The company wanted to increase release frequency but had no reliable data to steer by. Cross-functional processes were sharpened and a management dashboard set up — enabling releases to be steered and progress to be made visible.
Development and release process on the bench.
Assessment of the existing development and release process. Interviews with the roles involved and review of the workflows around JIRA. Four core issues documented, six quick wins defined. Initial adjustments delivered immediately — including two dashboards for sprint planning and data quality; further actions handed over as a roadmap.
From spin-off to a standalone IT organisation.
After the spin-off from a telecom group: project management of the IT stocktake across all European sites, in a three-person consulting team. 28 interviews conducted up to board level; results consolidated with an analysis of 12 framework contracts into an overall picture. Around EUR 1.6 M of annual IT services made attributable for the first time. From this, the team developed a target picture, IT target organisation and a roadmap to fully separate from the former parent.
Rebuilding the fundraising IT.
Responsibility for the IT-side evolution of the fundraising landscape. Needs analysis and review of the donation software, definition of the target picture and steering of the alignment with team and vendors. Requirements transferred into procurement and implementation supervised.
Own AI-SaaS built from the ground up.
Concept, development and operation of a multi-tenant platform including an AI coach, GDPR-compliant architecture and production use. The project combines modern software engineering with practical AI application.
